Sat outside with our dogs, mild February day, and had a lovely takeaway of Soup, Sandwich and Butternut Squash Chips.... toilet immaculate!
Had it permitted dogs inside it would have been 5/5 :-)!
Had a lovely day out with my partner in strichen. Visit here for a bite to eat, food was lovely and was good service. We went for a walk further up and it had some lovely views plus a swan family which just made our day.
Good tasty food, friendly staff, served promptly. Had to eat outside as the dog was not allowed in the building which meant we had plastic cutlery unfortunately (maybe they will get wooden soon...). Plenty of outside tables. Going to get coffee and tray bake/cake now - seemed to have a fair number to pick from. Definitely a good spot for lunch and worth a visit.
Lovely local cafe. Great selection of dandeiches wraps. Soup and some mains and amazing puddings and cakes. Definitly worth a visit on the doorstep of lar and wood walks

Good fresh coffee and assortment of treat eats, but disappointing stops serving hot food and hour and a half before closing? Nice and warm for a stop after a walk round about, but not a chill out unwind pit stop.
Decent cakes, need to get new take away cups as ones they use are cheap and leak.
Sign behind the counter about staff on mobiles, despite this 3 staff were banging away on phones and one barked have you booked before changing attitude when we said take away.
Staff on phones is really off putting.
The food here was very good (we have found our new luncheon spot). The service was so quick, I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone wasn’t wearing roller skates. The staff were friendly and talkative and the atmosphere light and airy. The menu is quite extensive, and reasonably priced, considering the size of the place.
