Used to be a very good chemist but since the new management took over it got so bad I changed to a different one.
I am still waiting for 2 prescriptions that were cleared by the Doctor at the end of February. Pharmacy have no record of these medications. I have stood outside in the bitter cold waiting to no avail. I have been caught in the freak snow storm and still left empty handed. I am now with an online pharmacy and have had no problems. My husband wanted to give the new set up another chance but as they were incapable of dispensing his medication and he was told to go back for it after they had had the prescription for 2 weeks he has left as well. The customer service is non existent with no compassion for the older customers. I would recommend every customer to go elsewhere.
Utterly horrendous, every single one of my prescriptions has been messed up since the new management took over. They blame my Dr next-door so I ring my Dr up and now get oh no not another messed up prescription that the chemist has messed up, we are so sorry that it's happened again Mrs Kemp. If I could give zero stars I would. Am now looking at getting my husband and my prescriptions done somewhere else as they had the cheek to say that my husband was taking his diabetes medication wrong which I will add he takes exactly as he was told to by his diabetes nurse
Usually no problem but it has changed hands my tablets are delivered Monday morning I am due to take them Monday morning. I have sat calling them for 45minutes it goes a voice message telling you to call later. I am going to look at one of the pharmacy that advertise on tv . I cant go out at all and I live alone so not sure what I should do for today and who knows how long for
I f there was a no star award this pharmacy would definitely deserve its honour.
I have just returned from waiting for over 1 hour outside in freezing cold and rain behind a queue of 15 to 20 people waiting for a prescription for heart tablets only to be told on reaching the counter that they don’t have the medication in stock!!!
I was told I could get it anywhere else and given a copy of my prescription and to go elsewhere!!!!!which was a lie!!!!
The people in the queue with me were considerably older and more disabled than my self and were left in horrendous conditions outside the shop, 5 people behind the counter and no one invited them in the shop out of the cold and heavy rain, it was a disgrace!
Avoid this pharmacy as they do not care and use the pharmacy at City road , Chatham if you can where you will be treated with care and sincerety and they are also open much later.
AVOID DELMERGATE PHARMACY !!!!
Absolutely shocking and disgusting. Been trying to call for three hours now to enquire about medication and keeps being sent to voicemail but can’t leave a voicemail because the machine is full. Keep having issues with this pharmacy. They keep messing up medications. Or don’t have a pharmacists and important medication can’t be given. The unprofessionalism is big with this one it’s surreal. Honestly a waste of time
Been on the phone for a hour trying to find out if Meds are ready no answer it's ridiculous surely someone can pick the phone up. When i go there they will tell me Meds not ready yet so wasted journey time to change chemists the staff are no help what so ever
My last pharmacy was really rubbish n slow n never had my stuff ready since these guys have taken over my prescriptions, once the drs send it to them its ready in 24hrs for me to collect if I ever have to wait for them it because iv come in to early but even still its ready withing 15mins.. great service thanks guys
