It's taken me a long time to step foot into a dentist again, with lots of bad experiences in the past. I was very nervous going through the door but the team here are awesome. I have had to have a lot of work done, but they have given me confidence to go back time after time. I am still nervous going (I won't lie) but they are really really nice and do there best to make you feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone and I do. Please do not go to this dentist. A few years ago I booked into have a filling at this dentist surgery as they said they would do me a white filling for free on NHS, whereas my other dentist Damira in south ham were charging me. Worst decision I’ve ever made. I was only 14 at the time, so this was a good 3/4 years ago, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It has truly scarred me for life and I’ve never spoke up but now I am because I am now being told , years later that I have to have this filling removed and replaced due to the dentist not doing it correctly and also drilling too much of my original tooth. It is so painful and never looked right, I have been missing half a tooth for years now and I’m still traumatised to this day.
I remember on the day (the room had disney figures on the ceiling or walls I vividly remember) the dentist was so harsh, he was so rude and not understanding of my anxiety already. I was petrified, the dental assistant was lovely and tried to calm me whilst I was crying my eyes out and the rude dentist was moaning at me “if you don’t stop crying I can’t finish it”. Since then, I have always hated the dentist, the trauma has been too much. It was the most painful procedure I’ve ever had and I’ve suffered many things in my life.
So for your own benefit and if you don’t want to be in agony years down the line, don’t even think about going here! A very bad place, do not recommend to ANYONE!!!

I have been registered at the surgery for a year. I have PTSD and this was the first place I had to venture to since being locked down during Covid.
I was put at ease straight away by the lovely receptionist. I quickly found that everyone at the dental surgery are very professional and extremely friendly. I feel very comfortable every time I visit.
The waiting room is calming, welcoming and very clean. I always feel like a private patient even though I am an NHS patient. I cannot stress enough how relaxed I am even when it’s a tooth extraction. Thank you for caring and for my smile!
The worst dental practice service I’ve been experienced. Rude staff and crazily painful for teeth cleaning. And there’s one time I had to wait for over 45 mins with appointment, but if you late for 5 mins they will said your slot is no more available.
Been with this practice for 10 years and it has just changed hands to a new dentist.. My whole family are with them now.
The dentist is fantastic with my 3 year old son and saw him right away when he come off his bike and hit his front teeth.
Always very flexible at getting you in to see the dentist when you need an appointment.
Easily a 5 star review from my whole family!
A gold nugget of a dental practice. A fab practice, A fab gentle dentist, fab staff, excellent 1st class treatment guaranteed very happy at this practice.
Worst dental experience! Painful cleaing above all rude dentist ! Need to wait 30-40 even after the slot time but getting cancelled even if 5 mins late!
Absolute disgrace! My partner went here this morning for her first ever visit. Treated with a disgusting behaviour. The dentist was acting like he was mad at her, short tempered and cold. He left her in considerable discomfort after leaving just purely for a checkup and hygienist treatment. Price went up then what was quoted on the phone, and still told to go back for more torture and rudeness. No consideration towards her sensitive gums. Avoid at all costs!!!!
