I can't remember what I needed done on my car but it was the one nearest my workplace so I thought I'd give them a shot. I now have every service, mot, etc there. They are honestly the best garage I have ever been to. I have an older car with a high mileage and they do a great job at a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough.
The team at Stonehouse are fantastic - I first found them when searching for a second opinion on a repair by another garage out of the area. They were so helping in finding the issue and resolving a botched job at a fair price. I now use them for all of my servicing and they do a great job every time.
What lovely people at Stonehouse Autos. The sunroof got stuck open on my mini. I called up and explained what had happened. I was greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman who said pop it down and I will have a look for you. I did and he managed to close it for me. Thank you so much guys. Fab service. I cannot thank Chris from Stonehouse Autos enough for fixing the power steering issue on my Peugeot 307CC. Before I discovered Stonehouse, I had been to the Wokingham Peugeot Garage, Citroemech and other local garages to identify and rectify a mysterious issue with my power steering failure. None of the previous garages were able to fix or let alone identify the issue, and I was referred to Chris to see if he could help. Chris worked through a number of suspected issues thrown up by the code reader, however none turned out to be the cause of the issue. He did not give up at the first, or second hurdle and where most garages would have said it's not possible to fix, Chris kept going until he fixed the problem, which has ultimately saved me thousands of pounds by not having to buy a new car! Thank you Chris, you now have a new customer for life! I will be bringing all my household cars and vans to you from now on and will whole heartedly recommend friends and family to you going forward. Car needed a new ignition coil and spark plugs. They were able to find and fix the problem quickly. Great customer service as they were able to squeeze me in within the day so my car was useable for work the next day.
I have used Stonehouse for years with various cars and I have always felt pleased with their work and prices, the mechanics are informative and honest with excellent communication of costs before proceeding with required work. Today they helped me at short notice with an engine light and have superb provisions for limiting contact when dropping and collecting the vehicle/keys due to Covid. Will use again. Next service already booked with them too.

Absolutely Brilliant! My car is very old and needed a new clutch. From initial contact all the way through to driving out after the work had been completed I cannot fault them at all.
