Staff is really helpful and friendly. I rang to check whether they would accept a private prescription and they did. Not many store opens on Sunday but this one does. Thank you very much for your help.

Don’t waste your time! Get your prescription sent somewhere else.
Don't answer the phone. When you call in for prescription takes ages whilst you watch them work at a snails pace. It's painful to watch!
They want to open and shut whenever they want! Opening times obviously don't mean anything to them. Here at 8.45pm saying it's open until 9pm.
This review is about Charlotte the on duty pharmacist this week who went above and beyond exceptional levels of patient service. My tablets were not available due to a manufacturing problem. I was in a panic as I was getting nowhere fast with 2 e consults with my own GP. Charlotte contacted the alternative manufacturer. She set up an account with the alternative supplier by Wed afternoon I had my meds. I only spoke to her Monday morning. Well done and a huge thank you. I am extremely grateful.
Spoke to this chemist today after being transferred by 111, to try and get an emergency prescription for my daughter, i fully understand why this couldn’t be fulfilled, however the pharmacist that I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending, and would not under any circumstances let me get a word in, I understand that today in particular would be a very busy day for them, however I do not expect to be spoken to the way I was. And I for one am glad that this pharmacy is not one that I use or will use on a regular basis
Could not get thru to 111 for advise on tablets I was prescribed and their side effects so decided I would call them and am so pleased I did.
The pharmacist was very helpful and gave me the advise I required. During these difficult times when GP's arent seeing patients its the pharmacists that are picking up the slack n deserve a big pat in the back . Thank you to all pharmacists!
These guys always have what you need, they are open at a wide range of hours and are always a pleasure to deal with.
