A huge,huge thank you to Tyler and the staff who found my phone case with all my bank cards, cash and sentimental items inside, after I had absentmindedly left it in the disabled loo. I had an hour and a half journey to get back there to collect it as hadn't realised it was missing until I had reached home. Not only did they keep it safe, Tyler was prepared to stay after closing time to give me time to get there.on top of that,they gave me some free pastries for my journey home! Lovely group of staff, going above and beyond, great customer service! Thank you so much ????????
Stopped off for a coffee. Now £3:75 for a tall cup and that includes 5p for the cup! To be honest the coffee was extremely bitter and my wife agreed. Her words were horrible and cheap.
The seats were comfortable.
To be honest, I'm not a great fan of Starbucks. This didn't disappoint.
Non engaged service by three heavily made up young girls more interested in their looks than customer service. Harsh? Maybe.
I prefer friendly service when buying over priced coffee, it makes it less painful, rather than an uninterested pouty ' are you being served' without eye contact when it is obvious you are not being served.
Roadside Starbucks. Dull corporate decor. Nothing in anyway interesting. Same horrible coffee. Why are Costa or better still not better at getting these place so at least we can have bland corporate coffee that does not taste of plastic.
Pleasant, clean venue. Staff polite and efficient. One of the better places to take a break on a long car journey.

Staff seemed lazy and no respect for cleanliness or customers. Number of tables with empty cups etc, but staff just stood about chatting and doing nothing. One team member I assume was on a break, but was sat with feet and shoes on the chairs - that's pretty basic stuff. People have to sit on those seats, and god know what's on the soles of those shoes.
Was clear these team members were more interested in chatting with each other than they were with customers or service. So maybe a team change is needed here? Would not stop here again
