Went through drive through, ordered a caramel macchiato , paid and went on my way only to find half way to my daughters that they had given me chi tea latte. . I don’t mind the cost so much but that’s the second time that has happened , staff needing to pay more attention and check the order are correct . Very disappointed again
Every time I order my drink here (not that often) I put down espresso & 1 shot of espresso (so I should end up double espresso) no instead they put 4 or 5. That's not what I ordered. Do they even read the orders correctly? I'm seriously starting to wonder. Then to have no number for customers to call the store directly, it's a disgrace. Take time to read orders otherwise it could seriously have bad effects one day on someone.
1. Didn’t give my receipt without asking permission. The staff just threw away.
2. Ignored my drinking order. I received the food order as soon as it’s been heated up. About the coffee, I was waiting for more than 4 customers who were ordered later than me. The staff who was responsible for making drinks totally ignored my order and labelled it on the machine which I could saw the label was placed there for a long time while she was making others who were white people while my name is a Chinese name. This makes me think this kind of behaviour was on purpose. And after I asked about my coffee, the another staff started doing mine. When the coffee was finished, no one said anything to me like a simple ‘sorry’ or ‘have a nice day’.
I am angry with the service that they provided and their attitudes towards me. Maybe it is about race, because why others who ordered later than me could have their drinks before me? And they were white people. This is suspicious and not fair. I hope I can receive responses fairly because I am one of your costumers and I am a person too.
I love a Starbucks coffee, every Starbucks I have been to, staff have been friendly, orders have been correct and within a timely manner. HOWEVER the Starbucks in Glenrothes, is on a different kinda of level. Staff are rude, and laugh about customers behind their back, and orders are almost always wrong, you are given half cups of coffee and when you ask for this to be corrected, you are then labelled as a trouble maker. I'm sorry but, in what planet are we living that we should just take the order that has been handed to us, and accept that it is wrong and just shut our mouth. Is customer service a thing of the past? Do they just take our money and give us what ever they can be bothered to make at the time?
I have been labelled as a trouble maker at the Glenrothes branch, because the lady at the windown handed me 3/4th cup of coffee. ( this has happen on several occasion, i've just started asking for it to be corrected) I kindly asked her to fill the cup up. She asked me to pull around, I could see that she was going to make me a whole new coffee, I was in a hurry, there was no cars behind me and seen no need for that, so asked if she could just put a bit more hot oat milk in it. She took the cup and said no more, then added the oat milk and handed it back to me, I left. Me and my husband were in the next day we were greeted by Ross who is a shift manager. He said that we where to stop being rude to his staff and if we were asked to pull forward we were to obliged to do so. He then proceed to tell us that we had been rude to his staff on many occasions, that this was not the first time. My mouth nearly hit the floor I could not believe what was being said to us. So long story short if they give you the wrong order then do not complain as you will be labelled a trouble maker.
I went back in about 30 mins later to talk to him after some thinking, as I was so shocked that I had been rude, i was convinced he must be speaking about someone else. I wanted to know who I had been rude too, but Ross had told me he would not give me this information. He then proceed to tell me, that we are ''all rude'' and he had seen it. (I'm assuming he is talking about my husband and I) I asked if he had ever seen me be rude he said no, so I am so confused.
I WILL VOTE WITH MY FEET.
Guy who served was totally uninterested in his job and was very lethargic, messing up our order and didn't even think of apologising for delay... Tables were mostly empty but filled with previous customers trays etc... and the floor well it was a disgrace for a good outlet and eating place, when the staff were quiet they could've all mucked in and tidied and cleared tables, and swept up... But there was what appeared to be more interesting convo ... Coffee always nice, toasted sandwich eventually good.. next time a takeaway as opposed to sit in ....
Really poor service, staff rude and ignore you, please and thankyou are words not used here. Staff tend to think its a social gathering rather than place of work.
Great place if you want Luke warm coffee and treated badly.
The staff need a talking to about their attitudes and customer service skills. A please and thank you wouldn’t go a miss. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Just had a coffee at this Starbucks, as expected the coffee was good, nice place, plenty parking. Only issue was service, despite standing in full view of staff serving at counter, me another customer had too wait while Alix continued and eventually finished her conversation with a friend (I presume) before taking our orders, Very Disappointed By This Attitude! will think carefully now before going back.
