Starbucks isn't my favourite coffee outlet, but they did a reasonable Americano and a muffin whilst I waited for the car to charge. The cafe was clean, light and airy and the staff friendly. Would stop here again.
We stop here on our way to or coming back from the Guide dog training school, so either have a pup in training or on our way home with an eight week old. All the staff make us very welcome but are very keen to ensure the attention the dogs receive is appropriate. All this and superb service with great coffee, what could be better.
Great location just off the A1. Staff are really friendly, precise and quick. There's a drive thru and electric charging points. Gets some beautiful sunlight through the windows when you sit in.
Clean and tidy, and the toilets are usually well kept. The drive through is quick and efficient.
Having said that, 8/10 times the coffees i order aren't even close to being correct. Theres one or two employees that nail it but the vast majority just haven't got a clue. Its not particularly a problem with them, they just need proper training.
Some of the younger girls struggle to accept they might have made them incorrectly and after taking one drink back i was met with obnoxiousness and snarky comments and then listened to her bitching about it to her coworkers.
Hire experienced coffee lovers.
My favourite place to get coffee when on the way to Norfolk - Service with a smile, and the lattes and chocolate chip cookies are excellent :)
The Eggnog coffee is a bit too sweet but festive for sure. The ham and cheese toasty never disappoints. Nice service. No background music, what would make the atmosphere better IMO.

Nice coffee options. Good to have rest with amazing coffee. CAR charging station is added advantage.
