Asked if I could get a Birthday coffee on my Birthday and was told it was impossible. For some reason the app wasn't showing my reward... I proposed to show my ID with my date of birth, but felt mocked when barista suggested to come next year instead. Not great customer service, especially when it's your Birthday.

Très bien endroit pour travailler
N'étant pas habituée à Starbuck, j'ai eu droit à des regards déplacer de la part du personnel , aucun sourire , je commande une part de tarte , on ne me donne même pas de service pour pouvoir la mangée.
Le service n'étais pas à la hauteur de l'enseigne...
Je n'y retournerai pas.
