I use this Starbucks pretty frequently with it being my local one, I’ve never had a bad experience until today unfortunately. I always order through the app, mostly for convenience but also because I prefer it for modifying my order, and there have been times where I’ve ordered sitting outside of home bargains which is right next door and went straight through the drive through with no issue from the server. However today I ordered just after dropping my daughter at school and drove from there to the drive through (my understanding you need to “check in” so they can start prepping your order) and was greeted with rudeness from who I was later told was the supervisor. She told me that I “literally” only ordered two minutes ago and I should’ve given them 5-10minutes to prepare my order and take a space out front, which I need to do every time anyways, but her tone of voice was unnecessary and not how you should speak to a customer. Like I told her I’m happy to wait but I was also thinking surely there is not much of difference for me to pull up and her take my order there and then and start prepping it, it’s also not like there was a que of traffic waiting so why was I made to feel like an inconvenience?
I did say to the lady who brought my order out to me about this and explained how I felt, and to be fair to her she was lovely and did apologise and explained it was her supervisor taking orders.
I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews but as someone who works in hospitality and in a supervisor customer facing role myself it’s pretty unacceptable and not a good example for the rest of your staff members.

It's local, so that's why I use it.
Some staff are really friendly and engaging, others should in no way whatsoever be employed in a service industry! The "supervisor" Natalia is perhaps THE most ignorant person I've had the misfortune to be served by.
As much as the service can leave a lot to be desired, it's the lack of cleanliness that is the most disappointing. Floors, toilets and especially the tables.
A cracking example is when asking to have a table cleaned, the cups and trash from the table in question is merely moved to the table next to it... and it stays there for more than an hour.
I'd hope that these comments are helpful to have a review of current standards and highlight areas for improvement.
To the good staff there, keep doing what you're doing.
It’s a good place to stop on your travels. The service is slow, but that might be due to the drive through. My biggest disappointment was that no vanilla syrup was added int my Vanilla latte. Bonus, there is Lids and Home Bargains right next door.
I was in Starbucks today with my 8 year old son and mother in law. I was served by Izzy at the till, found her to be very rude and not customer focused at all, she preferred to talk to her colleagues through a head set than actually serve us. We ordered drinks and a cake. The drinks came fast and after 15 minutes I had to go and ask for my son’s cake, it wasn’t busy.
First they gave me my drink but left me standing there for ages waiting for my croissant while they were doing other things (is was not a heated one) when I asked for it they did not apologise for forgetting just said "I am about to do it" then when I went to drink my drink I realised it was wrong (no syrup) I went back in and they did not offer to remake it which I know is company policy. They just added syrup to my now cold drink - no apologies It was not busy at all about 5 people in the entire cafe! One apology and I would not have given a bad review.
i love this starbucks and always enjoy my morning coffee before work. grace is utterly amazing, she always makes my day and my drink is perfect! could not sing her praises any higher.
however today my experience wasn’t as pleasant being served by cj. i understand service was busy but their customer service was disappointing :( i found them to be quite rude unfortunately and tainted my experience.
i will continue to go to this starbucks and look forward to seeing grace and also morgan, who is continuously kind and a great employee, however as previously i won’t look forward to being served by cj :(
Beautifully clean coffee shop. Friendly efficient service. Comfortable seating with charging sockets/usb outlets at each table. Plenty of free parking right in front of shop.
Coffee itself was ok but lacks the fuller flavour you only get from Costa (in my opinion) - that’s the only reason I deduced a star in my rating. If you like Starbucks coffee then you’ll definitely like it here…
First time at the Blairgowrie Starbucks. Disappointed by the service, as not up to the normal Starbucks standards.
Arrived just before 3pm, the place was quiet, two or three tables being used inside. No real welcome from the staff who were just standing behind the counter. Put in the order, confirmed we were dining in and not take away.
No conversation with staff other than submitting the order. The drinks were served in takeaway cups, although other people sitting inside had proper cups. The hot chocolate had cream on it, discovered on taking the lid off. The order was for hot chocolate as it comes. No cream or marshmallows.
The food we ordered was also served as takeaway. The panini was served in a bag with no plate or knife as was the cake (had to go and ask for knife).
As a Starbucks user this was not what was expected. Maybe a further bit of training is required.
