I went into Starbucks today for a coffee and I’m disgusted. They have ants crawling everywhere, I could see them when I was waiting for my coffee despite seeing ant boxes on the side. None of the fridges are working, cafe looks run down, tired and worn out, health and safety needs to pay a visit!!! Will not be returning any time soon
Lovely fresh coffee, smiling friendly staff, warm, clean and comfortable surroundings. What more could you ask for at 7.15 on a Monday morning.
Have visited a few times with my young daughter and the staff are just fantastic. Quality hospitality is a dying art but the people we’ve experienced are friendly, engaged, go the extra mile and make a real effort to make things special for the children.
Thank you Mark for being so patient with my daughters this afternoon! After a long drive they were grouchy and tired. Mark spoke to all three individually to work out what kind of drink they'd like. They were all so happy with their choices. The care he put into the service won't be forgotten. Thankyou!
Visited en route to the seaside. Had 2 x takeaway coffees. Often stop here. Always friendly and efficient staff. Seating area and car park always clean and tidy.
Had a very disappointing encounter with Fabio today. Food was alright, atmosphere wasn't the best, it was cold and dull. Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Ended up going right across the road to Costa, much better :)
Very rude worker called Fabio, I asked kindly to remake a drink as they gave the wrong order, he said he's not going to remake it as I already drank it which I did not! I've been to serveral Starbucks and the workers really care about their customer satisfaction, it doesn't hurt them to remake a drink, I already wasted £5, not wasting another £5 just for another drink which I actually wanted in the first place. but he said I have to pay for it. I returned the old drink to them, wasted. Very disappointed at his service. Glad to say I'm never going there again.
A nice Starbucks, situated off a dual carriageway. Visited on a quiet weekday, service was good and festive drink selection is always my personal favourite. Interior design is good, location is good for a quick stop visit!
