Came through drive thru on the first day of the earth day cup promo.In other fast food places it can come across that the staff are bored/in robot mode if you know what I mean but the lady who took my order came across so well and friendly through the order point and the guy at the window had great customer service too! My drink was made perfectly and overall was a lovely experience!
Absolutely love this place visit almost everyday for my coffee fix either drive through onway to work or sit in with the hubby or friends on days off , oatmilk latte my favourite. Staff are always friendly never seem to wait long , very professional, and it's one of the cleanest starbucks I've visited. It does get very busy , sometimes causes a build up of cups on table's, but soon sorted when pressure easies off ????
Didn't eat. Coffee and service perfect. Atmosphere - bit quiet when I went in but everyone was probably at home eating Sunday dinner ????
Came at about 7.30pm , the guy Daniel (I think) was so friendly and efficient, I believe he's new as he said he's still learning the tills but he was super efficient and helpful with us especially when I took ages deciding what I wanted ! Thank you :)
I used to always use Costa and McDonald's for coffee but lately I have been getting fed up with them both serving short measures, even more noticeably when ordering a large drink. Called into Starbucks this evening for a large coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find it full to the brim. Hot tasty coffee, slightly stronger than I'm used to, but delicious nonetheless. Young lady and young man who served me and prepared the drinks were professional and efficient. Drinks were a bit pricey, but I think that Starbucks will be my go to coffee place from now on, if only because I don't feel like I'm being ripped off.
Visited Starbucks for the first time today 4 staff on, 1 serving other 3 was stood around chatting whilst most of the tables needed clearing, had to clear our own table in the end
Lovely coffee freindly staff and a sale on the reusable cups which was a bonus, only negative I don't like the wall lights as I was staring into a bulb if not careful
Placed an order here at the drive thru, went to pay and wasn’t told before hand that they do not accept cash. This resulted in us having to leave without our order. We should have been told it was only card before hand
