It was busy at the services so the coffee shop was welcome. My husband needed the loo so used the Starbucks cafe one. It was disgusting - mostly just because of the smell and urine. Definitely not cleaned and if it was it was done very badly. How embarrassing for you!!! I went to services loo which was way busier and nothing wrong with the cleanliness. Need to sort it out!!!
Iced Caramel macchiato ordered. It was tasty, must try once again. Quick service, friendly staff, plenty places to seat
£21 for a two festive panninis, lattes and S'mores Brownie Blondies. Quick service and coffee made well. Cake a bit artificial but pannini nice. Have had poor coffee before here but this visit restored my faith.
Made time to actually stop for a coffee, well drive through looked busy so went in, team all hard at it but excellent customer service and a great coffee…..in my reusable cup obvs……
Flies everywhere. Really felt bad for the poor staff having to work in that unsanitary environment.
Also having to deal with morons who think a face mask is a chin warmer.
Expensive average coffee but you know that it’s a Starbucks.
Think there are 3 different Starbucks on this site. My tip is to turn left on way in, get your order and keep going in that direction as far as you can past all the crowds to the nice quiet part at the far end. There is a door out to outside benches as well.
Always a delight to have a drive through coffee while on a motorway!!!
Just another Starbucks in a shabby terrible services. Overpriced coffee, & processed food and sweets. Actual people with covid symptoms inside. Packed with people. Staff just going through the motions. Pointless dividers. Shabby trying to be chique settings don't work, window view of all the most boring awful cars you can imagine. Don't waste your time here, avoid the services altogether.
