Pleasant Starbucks located in a really convenient position centre to both the main high street and seafront. Reasonable amount of seating indoors and quality of drinks and cleanliness are exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Visited several times and had a variety of drinks from iced to hot and always been made expertly and to my liking. I wasn't a particular fan of the refresher drinks however - which I thought were quite expensive for what tasted like weak cordial, but that's more of a chain thing than this particular venue.
I've stopped here on multiple occasions whenever I'm in Llandudno (couple of times each year) and this store is always a good stop to make!
Drinks are piping hot, orders fulfilled correctly and in reasonable time, service is friendly.
Yes there is sometimes a queue and u choose to join it so certainly can't grumble, it just means its very popular!

Ordered a 'Too good to Waste App' sweet and pastry surprise bag but when we arrived to collect they didn't have any as they had no stock that would have gone to waste. Would have been helpful to know that in advance but it seems there was a IT error between the store and the App; we received the cancellation when we left the store.
The manager (reluctantly and eventually) offered a free drinks voucher for the inconvenience.
First and foremost the staff here are excellent! Really friendly and attentive. You can tell staff are happy and motivated. Love the free puppicino for my Ned. For a franchise establishment it had a real family feel to it. Highly recommend!
Went to this starbucks shop 2x. First was a good experience, efficient staff. Clean toilet. The 2nd time today 22 July, on google map it says opens at 0700 but when we were there. Store still close, there was 1 female staff at the till but looks like not opening the door at 0700. They better update the store opening/closing times.
Maybe the worst Starbucks I've ever been in? I've been in here more than I would like because it is convenient for my work. Service is always painfully slow, even when it's not particularly busy. Popped in this morning, and all three members of staff failed to as much as glance up at me. When someone did come over to serve me, just as they were about to take my order, they whipped their phone out and started tapping away. I'm going to be generous and assume it was an urgent work related matter, but I didn't get a "Sorry", an "Excuse me" or a "Give me a second", just back to the default position of being ignored. Watched her tap on her phone for 30 seconds or so before walking out, never to return. Abysmal.
Drink was fine but the facility was filthy. The black layer on the table is as sticky as it looks. Like, literally pulled an arm hair off after it had been resting on the table. Windows and floor were just as bad. Not what I expect from a Starbucks. Hope behind the counter and back room are better taken care of.
If I could rate zero I would. Got completely ignored by a male staff member who was more interested chatting to colleagues than serving me. Stud there with my 2 year old daughter and was made feel like I was putting them out by ordering 2 coffees. Was visiting the area for Christmas panto and was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Gave feedback while I was there and didn't seem to care
