Girl behind counter handled all cakes with the same gloves on including the ones with nuts in .
Any one with allergies watch out.
When my partner said that she couldn't have a cake now because of the cross contamination, they laughed as if they found it funny!!
Also there's nothing soya and dairy free to accommodate allergies where as Costa does.
I have called here many times and it always seems understaffed. This time the atmosphere inside was bad, there was a large queue of people who had obviously been waiting for some time with the looks and the comments they were making. It didn't help that one member of staff was laughing loudly and joking with her co-workers. No eye contact with customers, no apologies for the delays. When I finally got my chai latte it was lukewarm. Won't be calling again
Handy for large charging hub. Visited twice and when hitched up I could still charge. Second visit was solo. One of the best charging systems I've ever used.
Starbucks is a bonus.
Love it, it's warm modern, friendly, great staff and great selection of hot and cold drinks, yummy food, it's my go to place to chill and relax.
Staff and the manager are really friendly and can't seem to do enough. They're also really welcoming to our puppy
Drinks are made accurately, the cafe is clean and well kept.
A lot nicer than the other Starbucks franchises in the area.
UPDATE: NO VEGAN OPTIONS. TWICE. On my way to Skegness and back, Nothing Savory for my Lunch to Eat. I think there was a Vegan Muffin... But that's it. I'm glad I planned ahead and had something in my Car to eat. The Soya Cappuccino was Nice. On my way to Skegness, I asked if there were any Vegan Savory options available (like in the back) but they didn't seem bothered when they said there wasn't anything for Vegans. One employee even said there was a cheese potato hash style option but obv Cheese is not Vegan. They didn't even ask if I wanted Coffee. I had to ask to order one. Really Disappointed at how Uncaring the staff were. Don't think I will return to this Services/Starbucks. Also the bins in the car park were overflowing, so not nice to see...
There is the option to go in and sit down or go through the drive through. I struggled slightly with the entrance door but it was warm and welcoming inside. I only have 4 stars because there wasn't very many vegan options... I was hoping for the Falafel Wrap but it had been replaced with a Christmas option which didn't sound appealing. The coffee was lovely though! The soya milk was free, but I think other dairy options are extra...
Stopped for a drink ,sat in but was given paper cups ,when staff asked why told no cups although guy in front just been given ceramic cup , told it was to do with size? .Tables all filthy as was floor .Staff unhelpful especially bush won't be stopping here again
