Enjoy my visits to my local starbucks. Staff very friendly & drinks always really nice. I visit here most weeks.
Bit slow as was busy and a new guy was being trained up but can't complain, coffee was great
Right so I got a mango dragonfruit refresher and it came and the cup was full to the top with ice only about 4 sips worth of drink and charged me 5.55 for a 4.95 drink not happy.
Anna or Anya the supervisor was amazing, great experience, excellent customer service, and fantastic coffee. A couple of weeks ago I approached Anna over a member of staff that was covering for the store whom wasn't that great, but Anna was profffesional, understanding and a good attitude for turning a bad experience into a good one, my partner and I regularly come here even though we live in Congleton and we both love having a coffee here..highly recommended!!

Good coffee but is it only me does anyone see the tables being cleaned as they certainly need it.
Staff are excellent ????, Sadly the decor is outdated, most of the seats are uncomfortable, it is dark and dingy more suitable for funeral breakfast. Both staff and your loyal customers deserve better. All deserve a much better environment. Thank you
