Just had a chai latte with coconut milk. Was awful. So sickly sweet! Couldn't drink, complete waste of money! Was so disappointed. Would have returned had I been in-store..

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Waited at the till for 10 minutes whilst 3 staff members talked to each other on their headsets but did not acknowledge my existence. There was no apology for the wait , just “what can I get you”.
Whilst waiting 3 drinks were returned as wrong.

Cheerful staff attentive baristas seats like school chairs not comfortable and difficult as a disabled person to get up from
Train station and great for snacks and drinks before getting a train.
Been using this Starbucks now for years, ever since it first opened.
There’s a drive through, plenty of free parking and 2 electric car chargers.
It is starting to get a bit run down now but it’s nice enough. The manager is really friendly and helpful but seems like there’s a high turnover of other staff members.
