One of the standout features of this Starbucks location is its strategic placement within the retail center, ensuring easy access for visitors navigating the maze of shops. The spacious parking lot provides ample room for vehicles of all sizes, alleviating the stress of finding a spot and allowing patrons to seamlessly transition from car to café.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly smiles of the barista team. Despite the bustling atmosphere typical of a retail center, the interior of this Starbucks maintains a sense of tranquility, with ample seating options ranging from cozy corners to communal tables.
Having visited Starbucks in the oracle I thought I would try another Starbucks as part of my survey. Good news is the coffee is still good. Also they have very nice gold coins. The ambience is lovely. Lovely reading people just chatting and chilling and doing their own thing. Staff very friendly and smiley. Very clean. Water still good. So all in all it is consistent in quality. Very important for branding. Also like the green aprons. Lots of good merchandise. Wide variety. Good decor. Dog friendly. All in all good place people nice. And will feedback to Starbucks in due course.
Me and my partner went for an afternoon coffee here while we were shopping, ok firstly we can't use cash cos apparently Starbucks is now cashless, hmmm used other stores with no issue so clearly a lie, no signs or anything to say card only payments. Coffee was nice I agree but the service by children is a bit undesirable, they don't really seem to know what they are doing and standing around chatting and giggling on their phones is a clear sign they were not mature enough to run this place, clearly Starbucks only want to pay child labour rates, shameful. Now the toilets, disgusting is putting it politely, toilet roll on the floor, no soap and clearly need some upgrading required I will not recommend this establishment or use it again.

As a barista myself , I’m often rather understanding of minor mistakes in coffee etc , but for £4 , the coffee is just chucked together no attempt at latte art whatsoever and the coffee was barely full!
For a coffee chain such as this I expected much better.
Really bad management. Close whenever they like. Suppose to open until 7pm today but they decide to close at 4pm. This is not the first time and this is not acceptable.

It was five years ago due to recent management changes and lots of food staff leaving due to this, it is no longer the case, of course some staff are lovely still? But they’re short staffed and manger alessio I think his name is really are not the best, also I’m appalled to see dusty building work to be carried out whilst the store is open this I find unacceptable in an enviroment serving food!
Daughter used a gift card and drink was 2p short I offered 2p in cash but they wouldn’t accept it? Card only! Is this really what we have come to. Please keep using cash or we will lose it. Starbucks it’s been nice knowing you….
Card only!! I don't think it's right! not taking Cash!! It's dangerous a cashless society! Starbucks is supporting this. Card machine too high for wheel chair users too!!
