I'm totally disappointed by the service! Four ladies behind the counter, all busy, not a single sign of interest in me as a customer. I am waiting patiently. A new person walks in and gets served immediately, I remain being a blind spot for them. When I expressed my discontent, I didn't receive an apology, just an Ohhhhh.

All could be fine
But very busy place ,full parking.
Drive thru. Bacon roll very poor. Bacon cold in a lukewarm bread roll. No brown sauce as requested. Didn’t have lots of menu items. Won’t go there again.

Starbucks quality but as expected for a motorway services coffee shop, its very busy and more like a factory chain than a coffee shop. This does mean fast service however but only having one toilet, when there was such a throughput of holiday makers and commuters meant that the shop had a large cue for it.
Very bad example of a Starbucks. I ordered two caramel macchiato. They were weak and had the consistency of milky coffee with none of the usual frothy top or caramel. The store is not clean. We sat for 30 mins and tables were left with empty cups on them. It wasn't particularly busy and the staff were not very friendly.
I would recommend driving to the next service if on the motorway.
I do not recommend this Starbucks.
Amazing Starbucks all meals and drinks are superb. Especially my favourite combo of the Smoked Hickory and Cheese Toastie and The Strawberries And Cream Iced Frappacino, the shaved steak rolls are amazing as well. Staff are very friendly and give great service.
It is a good coffee in a service road area. It has a clean bathroom and nice and friendly staff.
Not the best coffee available, seems like an assembly line, rather than pleasant customer experience.
