Disgusting place, filthy dirty and needs a Full Deep Clean ! The toilets are horrendous and were unusable on the Saturday afternoon we called in for a coffee break. Every surface you touch your hands stick to like chairs. counter and door handles. Honestly its rank how anybody hasn't come down with sickness and diarrhea I don't know.
Stopped to catch-up on some emails and have a driving break. No filter coffee available and told they’ve never offered filter coffee, strange given Starbucks offer filter coffee.
Team member was very pleasant and nice though.
Biggest gripe was how dirty and disgusting the place is, really not very enjoyable to sit and work. The place needs a really good floor clean, along with tables and chairs.
Nicely located for a break from driving, however the design for the drive through wasn't thought up well was it? The bend in is so tight and sharp even a professional driver would struggle to cleanly steer into the drive thru!
No complaints over the speed of service, the cheese and ham toastie or the coffee though.
What is the point of this Starbucks? It’s hardly ever open and even when it is open, it’s closed. Managed to catch it “open” today (Wednesday morning, 9.30am) but the door is locked and it’s drive-thru only. Pointless.
Had a great customer experience in there this morning, and the 2 young women were very polite and helpful to my order. Would vist again.
Pass here quite a lot on my way up north to visit family. Whenever you get any food they never give you napkins, they never give u sleeves on your coffee cups, the staff don’t seem to ever know what’s on the menu and can never seem to get your order right (always have to repeat it multiple times). I would recommend staff get better training and maybe some drive thru etiquette, especially when people are paying nearly £25 for two sandwiches, 2 coffees and child’s hot chocolate.
We called in at this Starbucks and they were really short staffed. They were only young and struggled with customers having to wait a long time.
The drinks we purchased were terrible. I had an Americana and it was nothing more than slightly coffee flavoured hot water and my other half had an Iced espresso and could not taste any coffee only and oaty taste.
I cannot really blame the staff as they were struggling and left to fend for themselves. We will not be returning.
We stopped to get a quick coffee. Thought we would get something a bit different and go with the matcha. They had stock issues though and there was no matcha and the only caramel syrup they had was sugar free. So I had a peach iced tea and my husband had the sugar free caramel latte.
They made my peach iced tea from 3 pumps of syrup and tea that was pre-made in the fridge - sadly I didn't try it until I was in the car on the road but it was incredibly strong and had tea leaves in it - completely undrinkable. Assuming the staff read reviews PLEASE make tea fresh, it was truly awful. I have enjoyed a peach iced tea as my "usual" for ages and this is the first bad one Ive had.
My husbands was drinkable but he wouldn't recommend the sugar free syrup ????
