Honestly this Starbucks it’s scruffy , the tables are never cleared of dirty cups and plates the chairs are caked in dirt and the coffee’s are just thrown together never being how they should be , orderd a shaken espresso today that came nothing how it should be , got about 3 mouthfuls and saw god knows what inside!! Immediately stoped drinking it !!
Went for a visit today 23/05/23 and from the very start of my order being taken i found the girl who took my order to be very smart in her voice.
She truly needs customer service training in a huge way.
I went to the window, i forgot to order 1 more item but she refused to allow me add it on at the drive through window and my wife had to walk in to give the order, as she did, all staff members walked elsewhere, and left my wife standing there waiting 10 minutes just for a coffee and a chocolate twist, totally disgraceful.
I always give 100% reviews and i can honestly say I'll NEVER be back there to experience this treatment again, all those staff members need new customer service training, because the atmosphere was horrendous, Costa Coffee next time, always great value and a nice smile there.
One more thing, their now cutting a small brownies into even smaller parts and charging extortionate prices just for profit, shows what they think of the customers, without us, the businesses don't exist.
I mean... It's a Starbucks so, you pretty much know what you're gonna get????????♂️

Not a sign in sight that tells you that you cannot eat food from other retailers in there but they will happily tell you that after you have placed your order. Honest what is so wrong with enjoying a different retailers food with Starbucks coffee? Won’t be back.
All Starbucks ain’t equal! Third visit in a month to their Starbucks and left disappointed again. Coffee was weak and a bit bitter to be honest. Can’t understand why this place can’t open the packets the same as the other Starbucks? Maybe doing it left to right by mistake. Anyway, not great and need to up their game here.
My experience with Hollie differs greatly from the review left 3 months ago left by Sean Gordon. Being a regular customer of the drive thru I quite often get served by Hollie. If you treat anyone properly then as in all areas of life they will treat you respectfully. I often get into conversation with the various staff and I found out at then time Hollie was going through a traumatic period, she had literally just lost her grandad suddenly, whom she was very close to. These people are doing us all a great service if we wish fancy coffees. They are like the rest of us only human and trying to get by the best they can.
Very disappointed this morning. Before our shopping trip to town we always get a drive thru Starbucks at Westhill. The £4 odd croissant with ham and cheese was very disappointing. Looks like they stood on it ????
Service is ok and I love Starbucks coffee however the place needs a good scrub. The fabric chairs are all stained and dirty looking.
