Has to the worst coffee shop ive ever been to and go regularly 10-15 different ones a month when working.
Floor hadnt been cleaned that morning if at all recently. First customers in and tables sticky from day before. Mouse droppings visible under fire extinguishers and in ladies toilets which also had broken seat. Also far too many tables squeezed in for the size as you have to move tables to squeeze past to sit down. Place was emtpy but can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be squeezed in if full.
This branch of Starbucks is always filthy inside. If it's not the floors it's the tables. Never been in such a dirty Starbucks. Oh and don't go in wasp season as there are dead wasps lying all over the floor and loads of live ones crawling up the windows.
Absolutely love this branch. My work is so close to the branch and I usually visit alot. The staff are very lovely and very fast on making the drinks.
You have to stand waiting a long time for your order as they are too busy serving customers in the drive thru...very loud music...so people can't hear their order being called when ready..asked for a small...but was given a medium...just tasted like Hot milk...Yuk...left my cup....I have tried this place many times...but realise Starbucks is Not for us...coffee is awful...if you love hot milk starbucks is for You...
I've never seen this cafe clean. I think the staff (quite pleasant staff) are run ragged with the Drive-Through. Maybe Starbucks should prioritise the experience of the people who actually visit the cafe.
Staff and coffee are great but not a lot of options for food especially children.
Friendly staff, nice coffee as usual! There are quite a number of tables but all occupied on a Saturday afternoon, maybe because it is getting a but cold in September! We sat outdoor at the end and it wasn't that bad. Long queue for drive-thru though.
The great thing about Starbucks, it's familiar and safe. You know what to expect and when I travel or get tired it's a bit like my mums cooking, sure it's not winning a Michelin star but it's hitting the spot and doing the job.
Plus the staff always seem genuinely happy to work there and that is a game changer in my customer experience.
