Hit and miss here. Food is same in every Starbucks which is fine. But the toppings are often left off of the drinks which is frustrating when you’re paying for a special which sold me on the toppings image on the advertisement board!! Drink temp sometimes off. Manager seems helpful with common sense unlike one of the guys, who forced her to step in as he tried blocking my complaint before even looking at drink I had complained about, luckily before I could even argue. This incident was due to a. The wrong cream on my drink b. No topping again.
PS store never has oak milk which makes me go to Costa out of protest. When I pay quality prices, I expect a quality coffee, simple. Don’t like to sound petty but I let it slide 4 times, 5 or 6 needs reporting on here. Other Starbucks local to this in Lakeside - never a problem.
The friendliest team. Tash and Kat always make you feel welcome and I love that they remember your favourite drinks. One of my favourite places to work from.

Great spot, always friendly staff, never a big queue, and normally a good selection of food and drinks. Lots of parking, attached to the hotel and gym, disabled parking immediately to the front of the doors with no kerbs and toilets on the ground floor… great place to meet or catch up over a coffee.
A new offering from Starbucks which raises the bar. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the layout is very inviting. There is an alfresco area which is perfect for the better weather days. The coffee shop is incorporated inside the new Village Hotel, so is easy to find and park. Contactless payments, free WiFi and spotless loos are the norm.
Quick service with a smile, always. We usually see the same lady (Ellen) and she's always so smiley. Drinks are always made swiftly. Cant fault it!
Unprofessional and rude staff members. I went on a Saturday at 7.20 am and one member of staff told me that they are not open yet, I said on the window it says your opening time is 7am Monday to Saturday and 7.30 on Sunday.
The member staff refused to serve me and was getting rude to me and he said that they are not ready, but the shop was open because I pushed the door and I went in! maybe he had a personal reason not to serve me a Coffe.
