Starfish Bar, you're amazing,
Just ordered on just eat, food arrived really quickly and was really hot, I tried to do a review on Just eat but couldn't find an option for it,I've ordered on just eat a few times now from Starfish bar always a great experience, I usually order jacket potato beans and cheese nuggets and gravy, always great food, well done Starfish bar ????
Walked in and really friendly, wasn't busy but not many chippys I go in that are at lunch time unless they in Town centre.
Prices seem excellent, I haven't had regular chips for under £2.50 in a very long time. Reg chips and jumbo battered sausage for less than a fiver is rare now days. Chips are nice, super good portion size, sausage nice and batter was just right, not to much or too thin and nice little crunch.
If I'm this way again I will stop for sure.
2 hungry workers went in for a proper portion of chips to share, we didn't get let down at all. The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Thanks lads, keep up the good work.
Just as I like my food it came hot and plentiful not having too wait for long will go back again
Only discovered this chppy recently. One of the best I have ever had the pleasure to bought fish and chips from. I will definitely be coming back here again
Amazing gluten free fish and chips! I was the first time in years since I've had a fish and chips and I'm so happy to be able to eat it again. The service is great and the quality of the food is fantastic.
This place continues to impress me with portion, cost and now recyclable containers! Yes! Cardboard dishes and cup for the food and mushy peas!!! No more polystyrene flavoured food from melted trays.
I was unfortunate enough to get only what I could describe as the dregs of the day, the chips were dark in colour and tough to eat, the cod was dry and separating and the batter was tough, I spent £9.50 on my fish supper & £9 of it went in the bin. I messaged them but no reply! I shan't ever go to that shop again for my fish supper. I should of taken a photo of it, but I was so fed up I just binned the lot!
