Very slow service despite having many staff on duty. I came in to have a simple prescription for a single item fulfilled and was told it would be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I caught the attention of the girl serving and she said they'd forgotten to call me. Not acceptable service. I won't be going there again in a hurry.
This pharmacy is very well run. I switched from my old boots pharmacy a couple of years ago and after popping back into my old one the other day remember why I moved.. they're worlds apart in terms of customer service. Hope this one stays open because I really can't fault them, never have to wait long and they always have what I need.
Just transferred my medical needs from the now closed Boots in NFW. I was made very welcome, my prescriptions were accurate and the large circular seating in the shop is very welcome.
But thanks to all the staff in Boots who looked after me for years, I wish then well for the future. Shame your company has let you down.
The gentleman who gave me my vaccination was extremely pleasant and informative. Wish my doctor was as good.
Had to visit with a rather “delicate” matter. The pharmacist was extremely reassuring and offered a private room to discuss the issue further. Very professional. Thank you so much for your kindness and reassurance ????
I love this pharmacy as I feel like they care.
I've been with them for afew years now and have never had a issue.
When I start new medication I get a phone call from the pharmacist after a week to ensure I'm getting on OK which I have never experienced before.
I have never had to wait more than 5 mins for my prescription and everyone is kind and helpful.
You can grab some bargain items from the shop side too.

I had trouble getting hold of a medication from the usual pharmacy at my GP surgery, went to Staplegrove to try as they are near my home and they took it in without any problems. Today I went to pick up and they had an issue sourcing it, I explained I couldn’t travel to another pharmacy and 1 member of staff contacted your Creech pharmacy and managed to get hold of the medication for me, I cannot thank you enough for being so helpful! I’m so grateful for that staff member doing that for me, so thank you :)
