My partner came home from work one day with two Vegetable Samosas to try as he knows I LOVE them. I have never had one as good as these, they are nice and spicy and such a good size for the price. So much so that today he came home with 8 for me. Will DEFINITELY keep him going back for more! Thankyou so much!!

The shop is really well stocked, everything you need and all very reasonably priced.
Excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits along with all the essentials.
If you like wine, you will be well catered for whatever your taste and they have deals which match or better supermarket deals.
Indy and Kat have worked miracles and are just the loveliest people.
The deli counter is fantastic, with an exceptional range of food on offer, from cakes, filled rolls to the most delicious samosas and I've become addicted to the onion bhajis, by far the best I've ever had.
A recent addition to the menu available for pre-order at the weekend is Indy's homemade curry. Had my first last weekend and it makes the usual takeaway fare look and taste very poor by comparison.
Absolutely authentic and full of flavour, perfectly balanced spices. I have not enjoyed a meal that much in a very long time.
Have to mention the rice too, delicious.
Such a lovely, happy, hard working couple, who it's always a pleasure to see and have a chat with. Always a warm welcome, you really feel valued as a customer.
They are an absolute asset to the village.

very nice shop sells everything you require. the management will even stock what ever you want. open all hours, great deli. very friendly staff. service second to none , always with a smile.
Went in for a sandwich & "special" sausage roll. Both the sandwich & sausage roll were not 100% fresh with both the bread & pastry being rock hard in places. Will not go there again.
Great village store. Owner and wife made me feel like family. Would stop in the on my walks for a Coffee and a Delicious Samosa. Good selection at reasonable prices.
Not to bad a shop but really disappointed as I just went in at 12.30 a panini for us all for dinner but came out empty handed although it clearly states on the website they will make them to order all day .
The reasons -
They won't cook mushrooms as they have cleaned up .
They couldn't do it as the panini was frozen .
The deli part has got so much potential but needs to get the basics right first .
