Have used St James MOT for many years. They don't make up problems when MOT testing and when servicing, only recommend work when it's needed. Honesty. Exactly what you want from a garage but really hard to find.
hi, I don't suggest you to park on their property at all, because this morning I parked my van on them propriety and I was waiting for CMC servicing to open, their boss came and asked me to leave their parking, I said ok but I had already started to smoke a cigarette, less than 5 minutes later, the gentleman came again and told me to leave the parking immediately. I left it and came to another parking, which is not theirs, and the gentleman came again and told me that if I enter there one more time I will get banned. I honestly have no idea how they work, maybe the guys work well, but if you come to them in the parking, be careful, if you come with another car than park it the gas station, this is my suggestion. Thanks
Absolutely wonderful garage!
Managed to get me booked in last minute for MOT. Took excellent care of my car, very reasonable price and lovely friendly staff. Won’t go anywhere else.

I lost time and money. Fortunately, I quickly withdrew from cooperation.
They had my van to give it a full service and MOT. Haven’t done anything apart from replace some tyres. Fluids not been changed, bearings and bushings have not been changed, the air filter housing bolts havn’t even been touched. Will be getting a genuine service and MOT at a trustworthy garage and sending them the bill.

Helped us out when National broke my sump and couldnt fix it (what sort of engineer cant tap a thread!) THEN when under the bonnet let us down too many times we went back here, fitted the MOT in next day and fixed the repairs by 10am , unheard of with garages im usually chasing them! Will be back, thanks for the quick turnaround and future work!
