Going to this garage for the past four years and never had any problems. Always accommodating and have always been told of any prices before work! Couldn’t recommend this place any more if I could!

This is now the third year I had my Polo with St Ives Motors; each year I am so impressed how smooth they run the garage, always collect my car with a big smile on my face knowing my car is safe to be on the road. Not sure why there’s so many good reviews of a business which has clearly given up. Customer service is nonexistent and any organisation or admin is beyond them. They’ll do half a job and don’t expect a phone call when they’re finished because apparently that’s beyond them so you’ll just have to turn up at the end of the day and hope they’re done. Don’t seem to be serious about running a business. Would be easier to it myself next time
I had a great experience here (fixed a tyre puncture for a very reasonable price on a day's notice). Seems a quality local garage.

After a Mot & Repair by another garage, We had a lot of banging sounds from the front suspension.
Was due to head out on a family trip. So needed it to be fixed ASAP
But as the other garage was closed, we took it here to be checked out.
A few minutes later, the loss part had been located, fixed, and a write-up of the problem was produced.
No fee asked for. But offered to pay for the write-up. As we will be asking for a refund/discount for the work done at the previous garage.
Weekend mostly saved, as able to have family over. Even if the none refundable trip out had to be cancelled.
