A good long stay car park in Penzance. It normally has spaces available all day, although the post office do use it to park there vans in it overnight.

Its not a bad price £8.50 all day which for a council car park in Penzance is not bad. You can pay via the just park app

Only downside is the car park is often used as a cut through by drivers as there is an entrance either end on Clarence Street and Penalverne Drive.

Very central and unlike some other nearby carparks is free from 4pm. Massive area so easy to find a space.

I walked through this place and can verify it is a car park. I noticed it had bays for electric cars to charge. I always find difficulty in grading car parks. This looked well maintained and I would be happy to park my car there.

One machine didn't work at all. Wouldn't accept cash or detect contactless. Price was good for spending the afternoon there.

I would usually give this car park a 5 star review. However, since the closure of the car park at the top of Causeway Head and the covid testing area sectioned off it can be pretty hard to find space in this car park during the day and is often rammed until 4/5pm weekdays.

I work in town usually from 2pm onwards and with a quarter of the space taken up by covid testing and the other car park permanently closed it gets very busy.

I'm all for having people being tested, but surely to close one busy car park in town and then have a quarter of this car park closed up is madness!?

Anyhow, the car park is free after 4pm daily.

Close to the town center and very reasonable charges

Large carpark with some electrical charging points. It is a long stay carpark so is cheaper than most other carparks in Penzance.
