The issue is we are at the Surgery because we need medical help. To be greeted by rude receptionists is just not acceptable. Some of them need Customer Service training. I'm disgusted....
Receptionists are fantastic. Missed an appointment, Again, and they were more helpful then myself!
The Dr had the amazing sense to save me and my dog .... Close to a quarter months shopping!

Waited over 45mins to get through to reception and then to be told all appointments have gone. I rang from opening time.

Moved to this surgery after being with previous all my life and have to say from personal experience it was one my best decisions. Dr Thomas and Dr Kamath have treated myself and my children with kindness, respect and always helpful. Nice reception staff and nurses who smile. Thank you
Had nothing but issues with this surgery and I have only been registered there 3 weeks. Would not recommend, if there are any other doctors near by I would definitely recommend going with them instead.
Absolutely shocking service at this surgery. Very unkept with very rude unfriendly reception staff. Its impossible to see or speak to a Dr.

The doctors and nurses at the surgery are very caring and will always help as much as they can. This has got to be one off the best doctors surgeries in the Rhonda valleys.
