I visited the chemist this morning, the queue was to the door. I have Postural Tachycardia Syndrome and cannot stand for long without passing out. There are no chairs and when my heart started getting very fast I had to sit on the floor. Not one member of staff asked if I was OK and I had to stay on the floor until served! When finally served I stated what condition I have and suggested they have a chair in there for people such as myself. The assistant didn't say a word and just looked at me blankly. I will not use this chemist again.
On holiday in the area and needed urgent insulin for my diabetic son. Did everything they could to help and sorted it in a matter of minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended.
I have been using Squires for over 15 years. The staff have always been unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional. I can not recommend them too highly. Thank you all ????

I cannot say how thankful I am to have registered with this chemist for my prescriptions. My prescription turned out to be difficult to obtain due to manufactures shortage but they were able to research and offer an alternative. Unlike my previous chemist these people were prepared to go above and beyond.
I came to see the pharmacist because my gp surgery said no appointments go to A@E, 111 said go to A@E, my lovely pharmacist gave me some eyedrops(did advise if things got worse go too the hospital) and poof 48hours cured, there's no wonder A@E are over run, thank you Sir high 5 you should get paid more ????
