Brilliant pub off the centre of town. Very cheap, good events and great atmosphere.
This hidden gem just off the town centre is a real community pub. A warm welcome from the owner and a high standard of service from the staff. Glasses chilled in fridges behind the bar ensure a crisp cold pint. The prices surely cannot be beaten. Several tv's for sports fans, a pool table and even a designated area complete with toys for the children. Well done to the team behind this pub. Its a triumph.
Been several times and I have found the pub okay, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Reasonably priced.
Friendly, local pub. Just out of the main hub of pubs, but worth a visit, especially if you want somewhere a little quieter and relaxed.

Nice pub however we went there yesterday sat in garden and each time we went to the bar the lady Diane behind the bar was nothing but rude,
She was polite to all the locals but spoke to us rudely
