The shop is really cold too, so if you're eating in, wrap up warm.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience at Spicehut. To be honest, their customer service was appalling. The staff was extremely rude and showed no consideration towards customers. When I called to voice my concerns, the so-called 'manager' not only justified his rude behavior but also hung up on me without addressing my complaint. It's disappointing when a business fails to take customer feedback seriously. Also, I would think twice about eating here. The Hygiene is poor, Food trading standards really need to pay a visit.
I wanted to share my experience at Spicehut. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be lacking. There is an old man in particular who happens to be extremely rude with no form of customer service whatsoever. The staff seemed indifferent and not very friendly. It's important for businesses to treat all customers with respect and kindness. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of staff attitude and customer service. Hopefully, Spicehut takes this feedback constructively and works on creating a more welcoming environment for everyone. Please also fix your hygiene, food drops on the floor and gets picked back up. Nasty
Simple service quick and efficient no delays staff were very kind
Never order from this place; it gave me food poisoning. I called the restaurant to ensure that they provided fresh chicken wings, but they turned out to be disgusting,(please check the images). When I called the restaurant to complain and asked for a refund, they abruptly hung up on me. That very night i had food poisoning, vomiting all continuously.
first time experiencing this fast food shop on 6/12/23, came across walking back to the hotel with 3 friends after an event at the ovo Wembley stadium! I would recommend this place to anyone going into the area! The pizzas are so amazing and yummy!
Update from my last experience couple weeks ago, we ordered from here on uber eats. One of our drinks was missing so called the shop to let them know. The guy on the phone was rude and was claiming that he put it in and I was lying. why would I lie over a drink!
That was not the only issue we found hair in the food and the sauce given was all gone off! Didn't bother calling again as they didn't seem to take it seriously. My sister contacted them on Instagram, I'll leave the screenshot so you can see. The person said you can claim a refund for the missing drink but they were missing the point that I found hair in the food and the sauce was gone off!!
Absolutely terrible and disgusting. How can we trust ordering from here again knowing we found hair in here. Will definitely not be ordering and won't recommend either!
