I moved up here 4 years ago and I have found this is the best fish and chips shop around here and very friendly people and a very good price
Superb quality and service, my wife and I frequently visit this venue, the best fish and chips I've had for quite a while let me tell you! For my preference, the amount you get for your money is about spot on, not too few, not too many! The management and staff are friendly and engaging, they are very much geared to please the customer as much as they can do and I say that this place will be one of the best fish and chip shops in the north of England. It's clean, fresh and when you visit you just know your'e in for a treat!
Fantastic quality, large (a whopper) cod and chips for £6.40!!! Beautiful fish and chips. I'm 19 stone and built like a bull and I couldn't eat it all. Nice staff too.

Great service very friendly fish lovely size with light batter melts in your mouth chips always fresh and staff always happy to help. Milo our dog loves the sausage lol wouldn't go anywhere else nice proper fish and chip shop
