Cannot thank Ben and smile stylist enough, from the very first time I walked through the door I was made to feel so welcome. Everything was explained to me in great detail, my only regret is I wish I had done my Smile Stylist journey sooner, given me so much more confidence to smile.

My Smile Stylist experience was amazing!
I had Invisalign, lasting ten months for the braces and have just started the six months full time retainer period, and two weeks home whitening.
The service and care was great, and the end result has given me so much confidence and I can't stop showing off my teeth.
Thank you to the great amazing team in Birmingham, and I will continue to recommend you.

Was conscious about how thin my teeth were, dentist recommended teeth whitening but i was concerned about my teeth becoming transluscent through them becoming even thinner when whitened. Had my whitening done but the results were temporary for a couple of weeks ( didn't drink tea, coffee, curry etc..) and have now gone translucent and awfully sensitive. Was such a waste of £400 as i don't feel the treatment has made my teeth look any better. Also there was never anyone on the reception every time i arrived at smile stylist, literally had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to come. The photo I have added is my teeth after a month of having my £400 whitening treatment, my teeth are still discoloured and have gone even thinner than before as you can see by the translucent parts of my teeth.
I've very recently had my braces taken off and wow, I'm thrilled. The transformation is amazing; I never thought my teeth could look as fantastic as they do. Thank you to Anne who really has transformed my smile.
The practice is highly recommended. The staff are so lovey and the end result will having you smiling every day forever more.

Love smile stylist whenever I got in everyone is so friendly and can always have a good catch up and a laugh! Had we through train track braces for 3 months and absolutely transformed my smile and confidence! Now I have the Invisalign which i only have to wear to bed and can't even see it! Any problems I have I am able to pop in and get it fixed without an issue which I am so grateful for! I also have used the teeth whitening which made a dramatic difference within two nights of using it! Thanks guys miss not having to go back as much as I used too now that my teeth are perfect! X X X
I personally wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I had Invisalign then and my result are okay but it’s the service I have an issue with. They had my name written down incorrectly all throughout. The dentist recommended me to get Invisalign both in my upper and lower arch when I know my upper arch is absolutely fine. I feel the dentist looks down on me all throughout my treatments, especially when you question anything. I had way to many appointments as he kept making mistakes I.e not taking the initial impressions correctly and me having to re-attend twice due to that. He also promised me teeth whitening for my upper and lower arch but on my final consultation said we only whiten the teeth that we fix. I had way too many appointments that never lasted more than 4 minutes. I was advised I would need Invisalign for 6 months but nearly a year later and I have only just started my retainers suggesting the dentist isn’t exactly aware of the procedure. You’ll also be told that you receive free teeth whitening but it is at home whitening kit that you have to do yourself and I quote according to the dentist “will stain your teeth”. All in all, if you are looking to get Invisalign i would suggest going elsewhere. I don’t usually leave reviews but I actually found the service laughable so I had to. Lastly, the dentist is money -hungry that will keep trying to charge you more for things, so many hidden costs, be aware and go elsewhere!
