I had my appointment tonight at the smile direct club shop in the Buchanan galleries and from start to finish the customer service was exceptional. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable by Cheryl. Andy went through the process with me and also done my 3D scan and made it such a relaxing progress and made me even more excited for my new smile. I can’t thank the team enough for their amazing customer service and will be recommending this to everyone I can!
Just left the smile club in Glasgow after a touch up appointment and was blown away by the welcome and professionalism of Cheryl. Would recommend this treatment to anyone looking for that perfect smile. First class service. 5 stars guys.
Aligners damaged my teeth/bite. Teeth are ruined and my money is gone.
Terrible customer service. Once they have your money it’s impossible to speak to an actual employee.
They also said you won’t be charged until you approve your aligners but this is a scam. They take the money and send the aligners before you get the chance to approve. Total scam.
Customer service takes weeks to respond.
Live chat refuse to give ahead Office address or give refund or any helpful information.
They have lots of loopholes to avoid refunding or even replying to emails.
Tried to reach out many times within the returns period and they ignore my emails.
They keep saying “an account manager needs to deal with that” and yet the account manager doesn’t respond.
Better to go to dentist and have professionals straighten your teeth AND fix your bite.
Straight teeth ain’t worth much if you can’t chew your food.
Invisiline from a real dentist is better as it fixes the bite as the teeth straighten. Look at the difference on how the work and you’ll see why SDC aligners are not good enough to do this.
I’ve tried so hard to resolve this issue with SDC but I’m having to claim them through small court (I’ve done this before so familiar with the process). A judge with rule in my favour with the terrible product and customer service.
Trading standards is next.
Nearly 2k of my money they are holding onto. Should be illegal. Shady company. Check on YouTube for investigations on Smile Direct Club and you’ll see if not the only one.
This could have been a simple refund but now I think it’s best to claim for personal damages to help prevent them doing it to other people.
I had an appointment with Cheryl today to get a new scan for my retainers after having some teeth work done. Arrived early and finished the entire scan before the actual time of my appointment. Very friendly team and happy how straight are my teeth after the treatment !
Great service at my appointment - Leighann was lovely and friendly, and explained everything clearly and concisely to me regarding the process and how things worked. She answered any questions I had and I have no doubt she will be on hand if anything else should arise during my journey with SmileDirect! Would 100% recommend anyone to visit the store to start their journey to a better smile!
Ab Fab experience today. Really friendly welcome and Cheryl was so nice and knowledgeable on the process. Really did make me feel reassured and that no question was stupid! Understood all my needs and wants and I had no hesitation in getting started (subject to dentist approval) straight away! Thank you!
I have had an amazing experience with Smile Direct club. My initial consultation was great, the girl who helped me was so friendly. I had completed my course and am very happy with the results but wanted a minor adjustment. Cheryl the manager at the store saw me for a follow up consultation and was lovely. She was so understanding and helpful and has arranged for my follow up aligners to be sent out at no additional cost. Such a worth while investment and already feel more confident with my smile ????
Do not use smile direct club! You will not get the refinements promised and will be left with more issue than when you started the process. Study the reviews and you'll see all the positive ones are from people who've visited the shop but not actually gone through the process. Buyer beware
