Nice little reasonable priced cafe within QD store. We had soup of day which was leek and potato and was very good. Would have said excellent if a roll or chunk of bread with it rather than just an ordinary slice of bread. Good quick service and pasty and drinks good.
Friendly staff decent food.
Great food cooked well. A bit of a wait for our meal but enjoyed it. Very good portions given, good value for money. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The food is good value for money, had a prawn sandwich which was a nice chunky size with salad and coleslaw. Friendly staff. The only thing I would like to see is a bigger selection of Cakes apart from that I fully recommend it ????
This Cafe isn’t the best I’ve ever been to . We got there and we looked at the menus . They are held together by a hair band and they are covered in stains and are sticky . The floor had crumbs all over it . The light shades were old fashioned . We ordered our food ( sausage sandwich ) and we waited about half an hour even though there was nobody in the cafe . They said they forgot about our order . Once the food finally got here it was amazing . The staff were nice . The toilets weren’t very nice as they were old and dingy . The food was nice but the cafe wasn’t very good . The tables were clean . It wasn’t the worst cafe but not the best . Can’t fault the staff as they were lovely and sorry about forgetting our order .
I have been coming here for several months. I live locally and sometimes attend with client whom I support.
All staff are wonderful, cannot help you enough!
Genuinely warm and welcoming environment.
Great selection of cooked food and cold, lots of tables to choose from.
Toilets are always clean with disabled loo also.
Breakfast available til 11, good choice of small/ regular/ choose your own/ vegan etc.Only thing to be aware of, is that it can get busy, best to ask staff what times are busy, as some locals come and meet in small groups. When there are a few of these groups at the same time, it can get quite noisy!

Hidden local Gorleston Gem ????
Ordered a teacake, it came with flora already spread on it, I wasn't asked if I wanted flora or butter. I took it back and asked for another, a little later a member of staff came over and told me there were some orders ahead of mine and it would be a while, my company was eating there food so I said I would not wait, she refunded my money but the point is, my order was not right and I should not have been put to the back of other orders. Very disappointed with what seemed to be a cook wanting to be awkward. We will not bother eating again.
It's a quiet place to go to eat. There are charger ports and plugs to charge your phones. The food is okay and the prices are medium; the jacket potato is nice. The Sunday service isn't as good as the other days but that's understandable.
It's a nice place to go while shopping.
