"An absolute burger haven! The patties are juicy, toppings fresh, and buns perfectly toasted. Every bite is a flavor explosion. Plus, the service is top-notch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
Best halal burger and chicken fillet sandwich highly recommended, kind and helpful staff, thanks
You cant mess with this place , the burgers are excellent! Good prices , friendly staff . Its worth it, you cant pay pennies and expect 5* everything . Ive been multiple times and ive not had a issue. حلا
Portion size was ridiculously small. Ordered 3x mixed whoppers and loaded fries thinking that the fries will be enough. Much to our surprise, the portion size was ridiculous. Burgers were average at best and nothing special for the price they charge. Avoid if you can

My recent experience at SLAMBURGER in Walthamstow left me feeling disappointed and kinda scammed!
My friends and I decided to give them a shot, placing my first order through their mobile app with the promise of a 25% discount. However, just as I was about to pick up my order, I received a notification that it had been cancelled. Frustrating, to say the least.
Anyway, I decided to visit the shop directly. To my surprise, they accepted our order. However, when I mentioned the cancelled online order and asked about the promised discount, they flat-out refused. With our friends eagerly waiting, we went ahead and ordered anyway.
The food, when it finally arrived, was nothing to write home about. The portion sizes were ridiculously small for the amount we paid, leaving us hungry and dissatisfied.
What stung the most was the refusal to honour the discount promised on their app. It felt like a bait-and-switch, luring customers in with a discount that they had no intention of honouring. I left SLAMBURGER Walthamstow with a sense of disappointment, feeling like I had been taken for a ride. This experience has left me questioning their integrity and reluctant to give them another chance.
We visited this Burger shop and we were regular customer form long time. Always spending between £20 to £35 and in this occasion we have spent above £15.
Food quality was really bad not like before.
Service was very very poor. At the time of order he didn’t ask for any extra sauces and when we asked we need extra sauces his colleague stopped him even though I told him, I’m happy to pay for it 30p a sachet.
When I went to ask him for tissue and the guy he gave me Blue big roll tissue from staff sink which is not acceptable even though they have a standard table white tissues.
He did not provide any salt and pepper and I asked him for Peri Peri Salt and the guy with the glasses with beard always on the checkout. He was about to give me another guy who was already rude for no reason, I never seen him before he stopped and asked him to take 50p and I paid him without any issue but the way he was asking looks like I would run out from the shop with 50p Peri peri salt.
At the end I gave him service feedback in person and told him, you can ask your colleague we have been coming to this shop from long time but this is our last time due to his poor customer service, he replied oh I was joking. This is how you take money from customer with joking.
If it was enough tissues were provided with my order I wouldn’t ask him for the tissue but never seen blue big roll tissue were taken from the roll and passed onto the customers.
Peri Peri salt 50p price was not mentioned on the menu anywhere, I have checked and how could he ask for more money then. Alternatively he should have provided standard salt and pepper which every shop does it then I wouldn’t ask him.
Also they should ask with the order whether you need extra sauces or not then we can pay in one go not like leaving my food on the table and running up and down for extras etc. This is general practice anywhere at good burger shops.
Also if you would like to charge for sauces it’s better you should sell it proper dips. Customer is paying £20 etc then he wouldn’t mind paying another £1 for proper dip.
Anyway this was my last time and I told him before I left and he had nothing to say in the response other than just said I was joking. I didn’t want to create any scene so I left.
But if you would be treating regular customer like this soon you will be losing business. I remember very well when this shop was newly opened, if you think you have good business now, it wouldn’t take too long, you will have no customers.
Came here yesterday with my husband to buy some food for the family. Having balloons at the front of the store for children added colour and made the store stand out. Greeted by a staff member who was quick and efficient. Took our order and showed us their leaflet when we asked about chicken wings. Quick service and decent prices for the quality of food. Alhamdulilah everyone liked the food. Well cooked and perfectly marinated. Thank you!
I was starving, lazy, and my oven is broken so I decided to treat myself to a meal from the nearest food place. Wish I'd treated myself to a meal from a place a bit further away in the end.
I ordered for pick up online so that it would be ready by the time I got there. I got my shoes on, coat on, walked over and arrived about ten minutes after I placed the order only to learn that they don't take orders online anymore and that I would be refunded automatically. At this point, I couldn't be bothered to make another decision about what to eat since I'd already spent some time trawling through their vast and confusing menu online, so I just ordered at the counter and had to spend more time of my lunch break than expected. It wasn't until about 5 minutes into waiting for my food that I finally got a text saying that my order was cancelled. The guy at the counter was nice enough and obviously not his fault, but the company has put him in an awkward position.
After the 3 minute walk back home, I hungrily tucked into my £6.78 meal. It's ok. Not good, not bad. Just ok. An all round disappointing experience of having to go through all that faff for a mediocre meal.
