Best ever shop its got everything from cafe,in store bakery, take away deli, off licence/convenience store with local produce and fishing tackle bait and rod hire in the bait box next door 10/10
Beautiful rolls filled to our choice and home made pork pie for our picnic today. It was lovely bread, fresh tasty, ham, cheese and salad filling. Packaged well for us to take out. Lovely polite service and we enjoyed our picnic lunch. Thank you.
Very helpful and friendly staff, Very helpful when it came to the fishing tackle shop, setting me up with the correct lines, hooks, lures and baits. Also helpful at directing me to the best places to fish.
General store has most consumables you will need, and the cafe next to that's pretty good. Very nice hot sausage rolls!
Owner burst out the shop to ask whether we were parking there for his shop. Which we were. Didn’t seem that interested in serving us. Probably a decent shop but spoilt by the owner and meant we left much sooner than we had planned with very few things.
Bought coffee for 2 which was passable. Tuna balmcake which was soggy awfull and toasted teacake you could sole your shoes with and cost nearly £10. Would not recomend. Staff was pleasant though.
Great little shop. Has a little deli type counter with cold meats etc to make baps. Also hot food for baps. Cafes not bad too. Didn't like the maxwell house coffee.....Can't go wrong with quality coffee
Lovely shop and cafe. Great food very cheap. Toilets well kept and clean. Very surprised how friendly the staff are nothing too much trouble.
Never open. We’ve tried on Sunday morning, returning to village at 4pm on Monday and Wednesday morning. Sign covering door just says ‘Closed’, we suspect it may have ceased trading.
