I purchased a black vauxhall mokka today Saturday 20th April 2024.
Before I visited the car dealer I did some research about shuttlewood motor group.
So I arrived at the dealer this morning first thing to view and test drive the car in question.
There was quite a good selection of vehicles at the dealership which I was pleasantly surprised by.
I took the car for a test drive and everything went according to plan no nasty surprises knocks or bangs.
Purchased car and drove home. I must from my experience recommend Andy from the dealership it was a simple and pleasant experience and would definitely use in the future.

Purchased our Kuga last week. Fantastic car. Interaction with the dealer has been spot on. Made my life so much easier whilst working away from home. Everything I wanted sorting on what's obviously a second hand car, he got sorted, no questions asked and paid for it all the very same day. I would recommend others to check out their cars.
Went to look for a car for going back and forth to work, saw a Vauxhall insignia, looked round it, I’d got a car to part exchange, had a chat, bit of banter between me and the owner Andy, came to an agreement and bought the car there and then.
Had the car two days, on the way home, the rear suspension arm snapped, it was late in the night and had to be brought home via the AA, so I waited till the following morning, rang Andy up, told him of the problem, he said I’ll sort it, collected the car, two hours later, a new part fitted and I’m over the moon with this company.
Thanks Andy, deffo recommend this car sales for a vehicle.
I can only speak for myself and my experience. Bought a car from here it was advertised as a category c accident damage cosmetic only.. he delivered it to me wighoyme even seeing it or driving it ( a risk I know) but its been a great car and drives great.. Will be looking here for another one very soon.
Bought Jaguar. window and door of drivers side didn’t lock so Andy told me he had a part on order as he new about it already rang the lad who had the part in front of me the next day come got the car fitted one turns out it needed another so it’s been ordered. No problem at all sound lads
Bought a vauxhall mokka off them and it needed a new battery and alternator and fan belt they paid half towards the cost lovely guys to get on with and thank you
Save your time and don't bother with these jokers.
Arranged TWICE with the guy to go test drive a car they have/had in stock. And both times I went, not only was the gaffer not there, the car was boxed in by at least 5 other cars, and the car I was hoping to buy had just 3 miles of range left in it.
"Sorry our roof is leaking and the boss had to nip home" was the excuse I was fed on my second visit by the 'Valet'
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my number with them to call me to tell me exactly when it was ready to be drive, and here I am almost a week later and I have heard nothing.
I was also able to knock the dealer down through messages by £700 before I had even met them, that tells me everything about the cars they sell here and now, I'm glad I didn't bother.
Save your time and don't even both turning up to this circus of a dealership.

You were never in a situation to accept my offer as you never turned up on either of my visits. You offered me 2600 over messages as the best you could do, which as per my review was 700 less than the asking price. So at no point did you turn down any of my offers.
You had arranged with me twice to come see yourself and the car, and twice you were not there. Other customer or not, do not arrange with me if you have already made arrangements with another customer.
I was never offered a test drive. This is a straight up lie from you. You say I wasnt interested? Then why did I turn up to your silly little establishment twice, both times, asking for a test drive, both times the car was boxed in with probably less than half a litre in the tank.
Good luck to the next unfortunate soul who thinks they might be in with a chance of seeing you and buying a car from you. Theres no surprise that half of your reviews are negative, and the other half are fake written by yourself, your mrs, or family/friends.
I look forward to seeing your companies third revision and name change. I can only imagine Trade4Less got battered with terrible reviews and you just decided to start fresh and think you could get away with it.
Finally, to anyone considering buying a car from here: DONT.
Do Not purchase anything from this ‘trader’ he needs to be closed down. Purchased a car that was for myself and my child. He assured me the car hadn’t been in an accident. My car went to the mail dealership and they confirmed it had been in a front end collision my car has since been to 3 garages for other issues costing me in total over £700 and still isn’t fixed. I’ve since found out that He has been under investigation before and was closed for a while. Currently now going through the trading standards and Vosa, he should Not be selling vehicles at all. Please Do NOT buy from him
