Very friendly wee store. Has all you need to keep you going.. stunning location.
Lovely little place and a lovely little shop, unfortunately can’t say the same for the extremely sarcastic and rude member of staff behind the till! We bought a couple of items and when paying asked about the sea eagles, as we had been advised to do by our friendly campsite in Applecross. The lady replied sarcastically you’ll be lucky and then was very curt, dismissive and rude when we asked about them. Sheildag’s a lovely little place and attracts visitors in the hope they may spot one of these beautiful birds it’s such a pity our visit was overshadowed by such a rude person.
A lovely little shop filled with everything from tennis balls to tablet. It's also the best place in Shieldaig to find out about upcoming events or when the fish van is coming to town.
Lovely village stores, stocking and good range of basic essentials plus gifts and a few luxury items. Very friendly welcome.
