Not the best..previous owners were better than KFC.. Freshly fried while I waited and chicken batter soft.. Ordered sizzlers but not spicy at all.. Chicken tasted OK but a bit chewy so nothing like the previous owners .. . Chips quite greasy too.. KFC from now on it is .. What a shame ! Business going towards the cheap method is not the way to go unless you've had a skin full and you'd not notice!! Well it is concord!! .. Garlic sauce and bottle of pop OK tho.. Not be visiting again...
Decided to treat myself on my way back from some quarantine shopping. Longing for a taste of the colonel's chicken, but with KFC being closed, I decided to order from here, with fond memories before it became joined up as Prime Pizza.
I ordered the fillet burger meal, expecting a decent chicken fillet burger, fries, and some pop to wash it down with. Much to my disappointment, the chicken fillet burger was just 2 chicken fillets - about the size of a chicken select from McDonald's - in a bun. No sauce, no lettuce. The fries were lukewarm bordering on cold, but they were the only "highlight" of this meal. Sadly, the can of pop was AWOL.
It's not like how I remembered it. :-(
We use to order from here 2+ times a week, had a couple of bad orders but when its good its been very good. After a short while not ordering we decided to get a mixed chicken and donner kebab, first we were disapointed not to recieve the garlic sauce, the chicken was some sort of chicken tikka and was like a bouncy ball, the donner tasted boiled and has a few times. The fries were eaten with no dip but what a waste of money. Didnt bother to ring and complain for the same awful food to be sent back out. Paying good money for disgusting food is very annoying! £15 down and empty stomaches. I will not be returning here again. Very very poor!!!
Great food, reasonable prices and faultless delivery. I called up on 11/03/2017 just after their last delivery time and the manager was very helpful - although he could have told me I was too late, he personally delivered our food instead as his delivery drive had clocked off. They really do go that extra mile!
Got a meat feast last night cold burnt, disgusting even our dog wouldn't eat it put it out for birds they won't eat it either they said 45 mins to a hour, 1 hour 25 mins later and 2 phone calls, a haven't read the menu but for it being a southern FRIED CHICKEN !!!!!! There was NO CHICKEN!!!!! Since when was chicken not meat !!!! Chips disgusting and cold, never going back ????????????????
Pizza didn’t seem to have cheese on? I added tuna but it came without, ordered thin but seemed to be very thick.. fries were nice tho? ????
Sfc is 1 of the best friend chicken franchises in the uk. The coating on the chicken is very flavoursome. Being a foodie I know my stuff it's way better than kfc and chicken cottage n the likes of the rest of the chicken shops. The coating here is the 1. I had a few pieces of chicken with chips and gravy the gravy wentry so well with the chicken. ....mmmmm I sih there was 1 in leicester I'm feeling some right about now haha .
Thanks for putting chicken nuggets in my burger
