Tranquil place. Perfect for a stop for picnic whilst on the south west coast path. Great place for watching the waves crash over the rocks. Locals come here for a dip in the sea at low tide.
One of the best view experiences cliff
Terrific coastal walk, all the way from Durlston Country Park to Seacombe, by way of Dancing Ledge. Round trip of only 7 miles; about 3 hours, including a lot of stopping and drinking in the beautiful Jurassic Coast
It has beautiful views of the nearby coastline as well as access to the old quarry nearby but it takes quite a hike to get there and back, overall it is really worth it with local wildlife surrounding the trail
Great spot, beautiful scenery, lot's of walks and climbing and watersports if you're prepared. There's also plenty of wildlife with deer and birds of prey.
Probably the best part of the sw coast path. Apparently its the last place on the south coast to see puffins. I saw about 6 of them a few years ago but not lately.
My favourite spot on this part of the coast, always quiet, as most people visit Dancing Ledge and Winspit it undeservedly gets overlooked.
Great views. Great place for pictures.
