Fabulous service from the pharmacist and team when I popped by for advice / treatment, because I couldn't be seen by a local doctor's surgery as a temporary resident. (I am in the Scottish NHS system and the pharmacist navigated the red tape to be able to prescribe the required medication.) My issue is now resolved and I'm very grateful. Thanks to the Seacliffe Team!
Covid and flu jabs today for us and elderly parents. Such a very well managed clinic. Outstanding customer service all round. Thank you.
New to area. Know no one, so no one to go to chemist for me. Recently ill. Thinking it might be covid, I did what I thought was the responsible thing and sel isolated. They would not deliver medicine to relieve symptoms. I'm not impressed. What did they do in lockdown? Eventually, I managed to drag myself to the Pelican in the middle of the night and buy some medicine through the hatch so as not to risk infecting anybody.
Also recently requested a repeat prescription. When I checked, it was not even back from the doctor and no one had chased it up. Very inefficient. They fail to give the level of care I am used to from my previous pharmacy.
Only one star from me.

To be honest when we found out they were going to build a,pharmacy near our home, we were not happy, but now its a god send Charles the pharmacist it a gentleman and so helpful ,as to are most of the staff .
