Great service this morning. Staff very attebtive and welcoming, I required some paint for my van making up. Perfect match and great quality.
Fantastic service! My car wouldn’t start and was in a car park. Even though they were busy, they came over and started it. They offered to keep it and have a look at what was the problem - which they did and solved the issue. Great customer service and at a good price. Highly recommend.
I have never had issues before and certainly don't want to get into any debate about it but just leaving my honest feedback based on my visit today. I phoned up this morning about a problem with my rear view mirror and was told they should be able to fix it and to bring the car in today. If they'd asked for more information about it, then I could have provided it but they sounded confident they could fix it. So I waited until my lunch break, temporarily fixed it as best I could so I could get there and drove it down the road to the garage which I was nervous about doing. Only to get there and find they'd clearly watched me through the window and straight away said no we can't fix that, you'll have to go to a windscreen repairer, without actually looking at the problem and clearly seeing that this would be unsafe for me to drive back home with. The bloke had an attitude. I went back to my car and tried to temporarily fix the issue so I could drive it away but couldn't so went back in and asked if they could help me fix it temporarily. The bloke with the attitude was clearly reluctant but his colleague hearing the conversation kindly came and helped me so I could drive back home (bearing in mind this wasted journey could've been avoided if they'd told me no on the phone in the first place). Waste of my time when I could've got sorted with a windscreen repairer earlier in the day. I think the bad attitude should maybe have been directed at the person who took the call and not the customer who's followed the instructions given. No customer care shown and will now go elsewhere.
‘Above and beyond’ - that’s how Chris helped with my car last week, going out of his way to ensure that even when the garage couldn’t resolve the issue with my airbag light, he got someone in who could. Even going as far as working outside normal garage hours to allow them access to the car.
Real dedication to his job and Saunby motors should be extremely proud to have him working for them.

Arranged a service and was able to get booked in nice and quickly. The service was completed in good time at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again.
