Worst medical centre ever they should either close it or replace the two blond asian ladies. Whenever you call them you have to wait and sometimes they don’t even pick up the phone and when they do they say the don’t have any appointments left early in the morning and tell you to go to walk in centre or emergency like why did they open it in the first place if we can’t see the doctors when needed. The two Asian blond ladies are very rude and the manager doesn’t help either spoke to her and she was taking their side and being rude too. It should be closed if they can’t give appointments or kick these two Asian blond ladies out of here if they can’t do their job properly. Even the doctors don’t stay here and been leaving every other year probably because of these disrespectful receptionists. All these receptionist can do is laugh and giggle and not work, they get paid to do this job for free as they don’t even work and be sitting there doing absolutely nothing.
Firstly I would like to thank jas and naj because they are provide very good service. Dr. Patel is so helpful, very kind and so respectful behaviour towards their patients. His advice are out standing .All team members are very helpful and friendly.
I used this practice many many years ago, the older Dr. Choudhary was a wonderful and helpful person...my friend who also had the same doctor agreed and too said he was a brilliant doctor.
I have been at the surgery for over 40 years My experience is the receptionist are kind helpful professionals and caring. The practice nurses are so good and have time to advice and listen to your experience.
The Doctors work hard to deliver a quality premium standard of care to me and my family.
I am extremely grateful for the compassion the staff from top down and bottom up have they are delightful and professional

Came to the surgery to register but the blond Asian lady in the morning made me walk out before i could ask anything, she was speaking to a patient very rudely, i wouldn't recommend joining this surgery.
There are 2 Asian ladies who are very rude, speaking to patients mocking their language skills. I wish they can be taught customers skills as they lack in this.
I wish they would close the surgery or let those 2 asian ladies go. ????????????????.
The newest receptionist who is very young she is helpful and very polite , i wish her customers skills could be passed onto the others.
Senior Choudhary and his son are most useless doctors there, I had a stomach pain and they were keeping saying it is just a stomach acid, I was asking for a proper diagnosis and they just prescribed me anti acidity medication, I had 7 appointments over two months. One day I had heavy bleeding and admitted to the hospital they carried out biopsy and found diverticulitis. Even doctors in the hospital were surprised with my GPs behaviors'. These incompetent GPs should be banned from practice.
I would like to say a Big thank you to Debbie Practice Nurse. Very friendly and always accommodating. I've had to visit a few times and the care and attention given is 100%. The Doctors take time to listen to your needs and addresses them one by one.
As for the Receptionist they are always polite. Let's give credit where its due.
