Arrived at lunch-time, but seen within an hour. Pleasant & professional staff. The Nurse put my mind to rest - muscle sprain. There is a pharmacy inside & little cakes laid on behalf of a charity. Left feeling relieved and wonderful.
Recently my experiences here have been fine.
Today's visit has shown a clear decline in the service.
Self service check-in tablets which throw over 100 questions at you before it finally establishes what you need. I felt like with every question it was asking me that I was moving 4 steps back rather than forward. It's absolutely useless. When asking for help the receptionists moan. Previously all you needed to do was go to the reception and tell them what you needed. Appointment booked, no problem. Don't change a system that isn't broken.
Then it got to the appointment itself. I have a problem with my foot in which I'm not confident it has been diagnosed properly (time will tell). At the beginning the doctor said "What are you looking to achieve today?". Well obviously a diagnosis! Baffling behaviour.
Took my son for an X-ray today. Saw nurse in charge Lisa within 5 minutes of arrival. My son was swiftly x-rayed and then she took us straight back into her room with a diagnosis. Lisa then followed up with a call later to say a specialist has also looked at the x-ray and agreed with their diagnosis.
Fantastic service
On Wednesday 3/1/24 my GP asked me to have some blood tests done at the Fleetwood Walk-in Centre. My experience from start to finish was just excellent. From the kind receptionist at the appointment desk to Nurse Debbie who carried out my blood test with true professionalism, such a nice, kind, understanding person. I would willingly give this Walk in Centre 10 stars if it was possible, could highly recommend. Thank you.

Very good service, the lady on reception didnt shout all your details out like they did in the past. The IT self booking in service is pathetic and very poorly worded. At certain stages you have to guess which applies to you, following on 4 questions later you realise its the wrong thread, have to go back and try a different thread.
Actual treatment is always 1st class.
The best health centre. Staffs are very helpful and nice.
Unfortunately shifted to another city and finding here the health centres are terrible.
I rang at 0915 booked in for 1000 and left at 1015 with antibiotics and completely happy.
