We found ourselves with half an hour for a lunch break in between house viewings. We were starving. Driving past... we parked up outside and took a chance. We didn't expect much. What did we get? A huge Bap packed to the brim with hot suculant roast pork and stuffing. My goodness. It was delicious. Generous portion. We were offered apple sauce but asked for brown sauce instead (don't judge!). I can honestly say that this was the best pork and stuffing roll we have ever had. The ladies serving were incredibly polite. We felt compelled to leave a review because they looked like they were putting their all into their work. We will be back and will be recommending this humble sandwich shop to everyone we know.
I ordered a bacon & sausage baguette with brown sauce & no butter. When I got home the baguette was caked in butter. So I took it back and politely asked if they could replace it for one with no butter. To my disbelief the woman simply took the meat out of the baguette that was caked in butter and put it in a dry roll. Instead of giving me a complete fresh baguette. I couldn't believe what she had done and couldn't be bothered to take things further. So instead I am writing this review because unfortunately I will not be going back. I can't eat butter and if you have severe allergies this could have gone a lot worse. £5 for nothing
Amazing food and amazing staff. If you haven't been before I highly recommend it. Loads of different tasty options to choose from and nothing is too much for the lovely staff
Used to go most weeks but won't be going again. Poor hygiene, missing items, nobody wearing masks in the store and this week was the final straw - mouldy bread.
Wonderful people who work and manage this place, a lovely welcome and generous protions of tasty food.
Sabins has been a family favourite of ours having grown up just down the road, for years.

Massive baked potato & loads of filling, staff were really helpful( making sure packaged well as I'm on a motorbike). Next time I will ask them to blast it in microwave as cheese wasn't melted & tuna had cooled it down too much. Absolutely gorgeous still, & excellent value couldn't manage it all though????. Would of given 4.5 stars but could get my phone to do it, cheers ladies mo????
Lovely food and staff, the pork and stuffing sandwich with Apple sauce was absolutely brilliant and prepared very quickly. Sandwich and crisps only £2.89 so great value as well. Will be back the next time I’m heading that way.
