Once again efficient and knowledgeable. Very friendly and charming. Overall a pleasure to visit. Reception staff were efficient and delightful. Riata was lovely. I have total confidence in this dental practice and cannot speak more highly of it. At least six stars.
I had a filling done three weeks ago and I have been having issues with my filling since then.
When the dentist did my filling he said on the day that If the issue was persistent then I would need a root canal. Low and behold 2 weeks on issues with the filling. I pay for my treatment and The filling cost me roughly £70.
I made an appointment today regarding the same issue, I had to pay £26 for this only to be told that nothing seem to be a foot with the tooth the filling is fine and that I may need a root canal which will cost me £400 plus.
To top it off the dentist say he cannot do it as he is not a specialist in root canal ???? and this would need to be done by a specialist.
Really? A specialist? A dentistry degree takes 7 years and you are not a specialist. Wow.
It is what it is but I just think having to pay to have the same issue seen to again is a disgrace. Should be some sort of policy in place that if it is an issue with the same treatment there is no charge unless an additional procedure needs to be done.
I may add the young lady with the hijab at reception was most pleasant and polite. Very customer centric!
Had an emergency appointment today. Receptionist and dentist staff lovely and helpful. Was very nervous about my appointment today but nothing to have been worried about. Very happy i got my wisdom tooth sorted out and i would recommend this dentist!

The receptionists where extremely helpful in sorting out my emergency appointment with them, very professional. The dentist and assistant made me feel at ease , and where very professional. All the staff where very warm and welcoming.

The staff were polite and there was no waiting around, when being treated the two lady's we're helpful and caring. Overall I felt well treated.
