A friend of mine recommended rugeley tyre services to me, so yesterday I took my Ford kuga in for two new tyres, absolutely fantastic experience the staff were friendly with excellent service & very efficient & not to hard on my pocket, Thank you guys I will definitely be back when I need too, I would highly recommend this company

Brought a new tire from here as a spare and fixed a tyre with a screw in. Was initially impressed with service and price.
Few weeks later got a puncture and went to change my tyre to find the new one I had brought from here flat in my spare wheel casing with a slow puncture. Came back to shop to get it replaced and they fixed the same tyre rather than replacing it and charged us £20 for it when they charged us £10 to fix the one with the screw in weeks prior.
One day after they fixed it the same tyre is flat.
I used to recommend here as they were usually brilliant and the price is usually good but I’m seriously disappointed with both service and quality this time.
Going to fix my issues elsewhere as don’t want to keep forking out money for the problem to not be fixed appropriately.
As always, well looked after by the guys, always polite and friendly even though they are busy. Top team and highly recommended ????
